Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a profile on Druzna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. Use of Druzna is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.

2. Platform Purpose

Druzna is a private, admin-operated matchmaking platform built exclusively for the Druze community. The platform facilitates introductions between compatible individuals through a human-reviewed process. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or matches.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Druzna. By confirming your age during registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• You must identify as a member of the Druze community.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information in your profile.
• You must not be currently married or in a committed relationship.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide honest, accurate, and up-to-date information in your profile.
• You agree not to misrepresent yourself or your intentions.
• You agree to treat all introductions and communications with respect and dignity.
• You agree not to share any information about other individuals introduced to you through the platform.
• You agree not to use the platform for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.

5. Profile and Content

By submitting information to Druzna, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for the purpose of operating the matchmaking service on your behalf. You retain full ownership of your personal information. We do not share your profile with other users.

6. No Guarantees

Druzna provides a matchmaking facilitation service. We do not guarantee that a compatible match will be found, or that any introduction will result in a relationship. Our admin team uses reasonable care in the matching process, but all outcomes are inherently uncertain.

7. Account Termination

You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove any profile that contains false information, violates these terms, or is otherwise inconsistent with our community values and standards.

8. Approval or Rejection of Membership Requests

• Druzna reserves the sole and exclusive right, at its absolute discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any registration request, profile, or user, at any stage, for any reason or for no stated reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Such decisions may be based on, among other things, the suitability of the user for the platform's purposes, the credibility and completeness of the information provided, compliance with these Terms of Service, safety considerations, protection of user privacy, preservation of the community's character, or any other reasonable consideration relating to the proper administration of the service.
• Without prejudice to any rights the user may have under applicable law, the user agrees that the rejection of a registration request, non-approval of a profile, or its suspension or removal in accordance with these Terms of Service shall not, in and of themselves, constitute a breach of the Terms of Service, a commitment to provide service, or evidence of unlawful discrimination on the part of Druzna.

9. Limitation of Liability

Druzna and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any introductions facilitated through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid, if any, in the preceding 12 months.

10. Force Majeure

Druzna shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, governmental action, power failure, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel. Users in EU/EEA member states retain the right to bring proceedings before their local competent authority.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Druzna with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number and date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Operator Identity

• Druzna is operated by S. Amer, a registered sole proprietor (עוסק פטור) in Israel and is the data controller for the personal data processed through the platform.
