1. Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility
Druzna aims to provide accessible digital services to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility, usability, and user experience of our website for everyone, striving to align with recognized guidelines such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Israeli Standard IS 5568, where applicable.
2. Continuous Improvement & Core Accessibility Features
- Semantic HTML Structure: Proper heading hierarchies, landmark regions (header, nav, main, section, footer), and native interactive elements.
- Keyboard Operability: Navigation, forms, language selection, and interactive components are designed to be fully operable using keyboard navigation alone.
- Focus Visibility: High-contrast focus indicators for active keyboard focus states across interactive elements.
- Color Contrast: Color combinations meet minimum WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements for text readability.
- Multilingual & RTL Support: Native support for English (LTR), Hebrew (RTL), and Arabic (RTL) with correct document language (lang) and direction (dir) attributes.
- Alternative Text: Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text, while decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form Accessibility: Clear programmatic label associations, visible required field markers, accessible form instructions, and screen-reader announced validation errors.
- Motion & Animation: Layouts respect system prefers-reduced-motion preferences, disabling or minimizing non-essential animations.
3. Areas under Continuous Review
While accessibility is being continuously improved across the platform, some areas, dynamic components, or third-party features may not yet be fully accessible in all user configurations. We actively monitor and update the platform to resolve remaining accessibility limitations.
