• Demographic information: Your date of birth, gender, and general location, such as city, region, or country.
• Profile information: Information you voluntarily provide about yourself, including your background, values, interests, education, occupation, family-related information, relationship preferences, and personal story.
• Sensitive and special-category information: Because Druzna is a community-specific matchmaking service, you may choose to provide information concerning religious affiliation, level of religious or traditional observance, and Druze ethnic or community identity. Such information may constitute sensitive or special-category personal data under applicable privacy laws. We process this information only where permitted by law and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
• Photographs: Profile photographs or other images that you voluntarily upload.
• Match preferences: Information concerning the characteristics or preferences you consider relevant when identifying a potential partner.
• Technical and log information: Our systems and service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, login timestamps, security logs, and session information. We do not use technical information to determine romantic compatibility.
• Communications: If you contact Druzna or communicate with our administrators, we may retain those communications where reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve requests, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
• Consent records: We maintain records of relevant consents and privacy choices in order to document compliance with applicable law.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Creating, maintaining, and managing your private Druzna profile.
• Providing the matchmaking and introduction service.
• Evaluating potential compatibility between users.
• Reviewing potential matches through authorized administrators.
• Communicating with you about potential matches and your account.
• Sending necessary service, confirmation, security, and notification emails.
• Communicating with you through WhatsApp where appropriate.
• Maintaining the safety, integrity, and security of the platform.
• Detecting misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of our Terms.
• Improving the quality and effectiveness of the matchmaking service.
• Complying with applicable laws and legal obligations.
• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims where necessary.
• Druzna does not sell your personal information.
• Druzna does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
• We do not permit third parties to use information obtained from Druzna for their own independent marketing purposes.

3. AI-Assisted Matching and Profiling

• Druzna may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to assist in evaluating potential compatibility between users.
• These systems may analyze relevant profile attributes, preferences, values, background information, and other information voluntarily provided by users in order to generate preliminary compatibility assessments or recommendations.
• This processing may constitute profiling within the meaning of applicable data protection law.
• AI-generated results are used as decision-support tools. They do not independently accept or reject users, determine whether a relationship should occur, or make final matching decisions.
• Potential matches are subject to meaningful human review by an authorized Druzna administrator before an introduction is facilitated.
• Druzna does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning users based solely on automated processing.
• We may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to perform limited processing on our behalf. Where such providers are used, we seek to transmit only information reasonably necessary for the relevant matching function and require such providers to process the information in accordance with applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract: We process information necessary to create and manage your profile, provide matchmaking services, communicate with you regarding the service, and otherwise provide functionality you request.
• Explicit consent: Sensitive or special-category information, including information concerning religious affiliation, religious observance, and ethnic or community identity, is processed on the basis of explicit consent where required by applicable law.
• Legitimate interests: We may process limited information where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, improve our service, and protect our legal rights, provided that those interests are not overridden by your applicable privacy rights.
• Legal obligations: We may process or retain information where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, lawful government requests, or court orders.
• Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
• Because certain sensitive information is fundamental to Druzna's community-specific matchmaking service, withdrawing consent to process that information may make it impossible for us to continue providing some or all matchmaking functionality.

5. Data Minimization and Sensitive Information

• Druzna seeks to collect and process only personal information reasonably necessary to provide and protect the matchmaking service.
• We recognize that information relating to religion, ethnicity, community identity, relationship preferences, and personal circumstances may be particularly sensitive.
• Access to such information is therefore restricted to authorized personnel and service providers that have a legitimate need to process it for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Users should avoid submitting unnecessary highly sensitive information in free-text profile fields or communications.

6. Service Providers and Third Parties

• Database and cloud infrastructure providers: Profile and account information may be stored using secure cloud-based database infrastructure, including services provided by Supabase Inc.
• Email providers: We may use providers such as Resend Inc. to deliver account confirmations, notifications, and other service-related email.
• AI service providers: We may use third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure to assist with compatibility analysis and other limited platform functionality.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Druzna relies on cloud hosting and infrastructure services necessary to operate and secure the platform.
• WhatsApp / Meta: If Druzna administrators communicate with you through WhatsApp, your phone number and the content and metadata of those communications may also be processed by WhatsApp and Meta Platforms in accordance with their own privacy practices.
• We seek to provide service providers only with information reasonably necessary to perform their respective functions.
• Service providers processing information on our behalf are expected to process it subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations.
• We may also disclose personal information where required by applicable law, court order, legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Druzna, our users, or others.

7. International Data Transfers

• Druzna is operated from Israel, while some of our technology providers may process or store information in other countries, including the United States and countries in which their infrastructure or subprocessors operate.
• Accordingly, your personal information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.
• Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual data-protection provisions, applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy mechanisms, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
• For personal information subject to the GDPR, international transfers will be handled in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.
• For personal information transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area, Druzna will also apply applicable requirements under Israeli law concerning information originating from the EEA.

8. Who Can See Your Profile

• Druzna is designed differently from conventional swipe-based dating applications. Your profile is not publicly searchable or browsable by other users.
• Authorized Druzna administrators may access profile information where reasonably necessary to review profiles, identify potential matches, operate the platform, maintain security, and facilitate introductions.
• If a potential match is identified, selected information from your profile may be disclosed to the potential match as part of the introduction process, in accordance with Druzna's matchmaking procedures and, where applicable, after obtaining the appropriate approval or consent.
• We do not make Druzna's profile database available for general browsing by users.

9. Data Security

• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
• These measures include encrypted transmission using TLS, access controls, restricted administrative access, and security measures provided by our infrastructure providers.
• Access to profile information is limited to authorized individuals and service providers who require access for legitimate operational purposes.
• However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Druzna therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
• If a personal-data breach occurs, Druzna will assess and respond to the incident and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

10. Data Retention and Account Deletion

• We generally retain your personal information while your profile remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
• You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time.
• Following deletion, information may remain temporarily in encrypted backup systems, typically for up to 90 days, until overwritten or deleted according to standard backup rotation procedures.
• We may retain limited information for longer where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations; document consent or privacy requests; prevent fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of our Terms; resolve disputes; maintain security records; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Information retained for these limited purposes will not be used to reactivate or operate a deleted matchmaking profile.

11. Minors

• Druzna is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
• If we become aware that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to remove the account and delete the information, subject to any legal retention requirements.

12. Accuracy of Profile Information

• Users are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete profile information.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Druzna does not independently verify or authenticate every statement made by a user.
• False, misleading, or materially inaccurate information may result in suspension or removal from the platform in accordance with our Terms of Service.
• Users should exercise appropriate judgment regarding information received about potential matches.

13. Your Privacy Rights

• Requesting access to personal information we hold about you.
• Requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Requesting deletion of personal information.
• Requesting restriction of certain processing.
• Requesting data portability where applicable.
• Objecting to certain processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent.
• Lodging a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.
• To exercise a privacy right, contact Admin@druzna.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For requests governed by the GDPR, we generally respond within one month.

14. Additional Information for EEA and UK Users

• If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom and the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to Druzna's processing of your information, you may have additional rights provided by those laws.
• These may include rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
• Where Druzna processes special-category information concerning religion or ethnic or community identity, we rely on explicit consent or another lawful condition where permitted by applicable law.
• Where required by applicable law, Druzna will implement appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information outside the EEA or UK.
• Druzna is established in Israel. If Druzna becomes legally required to appoint a representative in the European Union or United Kingdom under applicable data-protection law, the representative's contact information will be made available in this Privacy Policy or through another appropriate privacy notice.

15. Additional Information for United States Residents

• Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law.
• Where such laws apply to Druzna, eligible users may have rights that include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and obtaining information regarding certain categories of information collected or disclosed.
• Druzna does not sell personal information.
• Druzna does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use personal information obtained through the matchmaking service for targeted advertising.
• Where an applicable U.S. state privacy law provides additional rights, Druzna will honor those rights to the extent required by that law. Requests may be submitted to Admin@druzna.com.

16. Israeli Privacy Law

• Druzna is operated from Israel and processes personal information in accordance with applicable Israeli privacy and data-protection requirements, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, as amended, including Amendment No. 13, and applicable regulations.
• Where Israeli law provides users with rights concerning information held about them, users may exercise those rights by contacting Admin@druzna.com.
• Druzna also seeks to provide appropriate notice regarding the purposes for which information is requested, whether providing information is mandatory or voluntary where required, who controls the information, and to whom information may be disclosed.

17. Cookies

Druzna currently uses only cookies or similar technologies reasonably necessary for the operation of the platform, such as maintaining session or language preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking technologies. Additional information is available in our Cookie Policy. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update our practices and provide any consent or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, our processing activities, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
• The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date.
• If we make material changes affecting how personal information is used, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
• Where applicable law requires consent before information may be used for a materially different purpose, we will obtain that consent before beginning the new processing.

19. Data Controller and Contact Information

• Druzna is operated by S. Amer, a registered sole proprietor (עוסק פטור) in Israel, who acts as the controller of personal information processed through the Druzna platform.
• Privacy inquiries, requests to exercise privacy rights, account-deletion requests, and complaints may be submitted to: Admin@druzna.com.
• If you are located in Israel, you may also have the right to contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
• If you are located in the EEA or UK, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
• By using Druzna, you acknowledge that you have been provided with this Privacy Policy. Where Druzna relies on your consent for a particular processing activity, such consent will be requested separately where required by applicable law.
